Become the Heart of Our Client Experience at O’BRIEN LEGAL

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Client Services Coordinators to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure every experience with our firm is nothing short of exceptional.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing role that blends relationship management, operational oversight, and a concierge-level commitment to service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable engaging with high-value clients across core practice areas Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law and Wills & Trusts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary liaison between clients and attorneys
- Managing the client intake process from initial call to engagement
- Coordinating client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience throughout the client journey
- Supporting firm marketing and referral-building initiatives
- Working closely with firm leadership to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in client services, legal administration, or business operations
- Experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience a plus)
- Polished, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Tech-savvy and organized, with a knack for systems and workflows - Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing law firm environment
