About the Role:

This is a client-facing position focused on managing the intake process from initial inquiry through consultation, scheduling and engagement. You’ll play a critical role in qualifying leads, gathering key information, and creating a smooth, professional onboarding experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming client inquiries (phone, email, web)
    • Conducting initial intake calls and gathering relevant client information
    • Qualifying prospective clients and routing matters appropriately
    • Scheduling consultations and coordinating attorney calendars
    • Maintaining accurate and organized client records within firm systems
    • Following up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and conversion
    • Collaborating with Client Services and Marketing teams to optimize intake processes
    • Identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness and client experience


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative support
    • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
    • Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
    • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs or case management systems
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and team-focused

 Responsibilities Include:
